ME&R Detailed Design Packages for Major Retail Partner

We are currently pulling together full ME&R detailed design packages for a major retail partner in Tunbridge Wells. As part of an 8-week design period, a new internal plant room was designed comprising of refrigeration rack systems, gas coolers, mechanical AHU and VRF units and electrical LV panel, to name a few.

Examples here of models by ODA BIM Engineer, Joshua Gilbert, where the 3D aspect enables us to eliminate any clashes with equipment and services and ensure all elements are optimised.
